Innovation!

I feel like the level of diversity available to our society today is astounding. I sit here writing this very blog from the comfort of a stone floor. But now that I am done being amazed at the fact I can write from my phone. Let's begin with a real issue.

I'd like to continue off of last weeks post about stress. Except this time focus more on procrastination. I'll admit I am a horrible offender of this. But I in no way feel that it hinders my ability to complete projects. As I said before. I work well under stress. So it's not that I'm encouraging procrastination. Because for most people it's not as fantastic. All I'm saying is that occasionally its not so bad. Besides. Everyone does it. So how can something so widespread be all that bad in the first place. So. Innovation of writing this from anywhere. And procrastination is great. I believe my point has been given effectively.

That which drives us

Stress.  The all familiar sting that every person on this planet will feel at one point or another.  Stress is the driving force, the fuel by which all college students thrive... Well stress and energy drinks.  But stress is not limited to students, to teachers, to anyone.  I feel that if we take control of our stress, then we can be better people.  That is all that is meant to be taught by it.  There are a few different kinds of people when it comes to stress; those who can handle it and work well, and those who think they can handle it and eventually go insane because of it.  I hope that I am the former, but who knows.  Stress can be a wonderful thing.  It can remind you that "oh wait, I have to do a post before 8AM."  And when you realize that there is always a way to conquer your  stress, then you also realize that its before 8AM somewhere.  But as with any situation, the greater the stress involved, the better you will feel when you overcome that.   And I am quite the advocate of completing things that most people tell me I can't.

Over Simplification

So I feel like there are a lot of instances where a good case of over simplification would be effective.  People spend so much time thinking things through, thinking of all the possible outcomes of their actions.  They feel that they must know everything before taking a chance.  But as everyone knows, With great risk, comes great reward.  So I feel like people should simplify their lives.  They should see something good that is happening in their life and just go with it.  Not think too hard about what could go wrong.  This is especially true for myself.  But as I'm finding out, not thinking is the greatest thought I've had in a while.  It gives a somewhat cleared frame of mind.  And allows for new thoughts to form, and grow and become great.
So I ask that you do the same.  Think about NOT thinking.  Simplify your life for a day and lose yourself in something meaningless.  It could end up being the most meaningful thing you've done in a while.  I've seen great inspiration from this weekend.  And I only wish that others can get the same experience.
