Over Simplification

So I feel like there are a lot of instances where a good case of over simplification would be effective.  People spend so much time thinking things through, thinking of all the possible outcomes of their actions.  They feel that they must know everything before taking a chance.  But as everyone knows, With great risk, comes great reward.  So I feel like people should simplify their lives.  They should see something good that is happening in their life and just go with it.  Not think too hard about what could go wrong.  This is especially true for myself.  But as I'm finding out, not thinking is the greatest thought I've had in a while.  It gives a somewhat cleared frame of mind.  And allows for new thoughts to form, and grow and become great.
So I ask that you do the same.  Think about NOT thinking.  Simplify your life for a day and lose yourself in something meaningless.  It could end up being the most meaningful thing you've done in a while.  I've seen great inspiration from this weekend.  And I only wish that others can get the same experience.

  1. Making things simple sounds like a great idea. I have been stressing over pretty much everthing, starting my hotdog stand being at the university of memphis. I really do need to relax because things will take care of themselves

  3. I agree with how you think people stay thinking about things too much and over analyzing simple every day things in their lives. Most of the time when people screw when it comes to a relationship or friendship, it is because the person has over thought the other person and then has screwed things up. Thinking simple is where its at and can be the best thing to do when it comes to specific situations.

  4. We are often prisoners of our minds. I have to remind myself to let go...to give and to receive without expectations or attachments.
